Tribes have to unify their intentions onto only one action at one time. Tribes have to decide to do one action at one time, then tribes have to close individually their subjective spiritual channels. Then tribes have to interconnect themselves. Then like One with strong power and without fear, tribes have to order to the storm to go away where no one and no things will be destroyed, but only the bad weather. There are many scientific reasons that support this kind of action. Tribes have to begin to try it. Tribes have to make perfect the technique starting now to practice. So tribes will have time to recognize what sounds work better and which individuals have more power to order and to control the bad weather.
